Trusted Advice That Made All the Difference Maria did a fantastic job as a Seller’s Agent. Initially, I had reservations about the role and contemplated pursuing a for-sale-by-owner approach. She gave us good advice about what improvements were important. The most important thing was replacing the roof. I was inclined to cancel the roofing contract until Maria informed me of tightness of the insurance market, and that other recent sales had failed over insurance availability. Before we moved out, she stayed connected without rushing us. She oversaw the repairs without any issues, and the listing was quickly on the market. She, or her associate, attended the house each time there was a visit. She alerted us when property maintenance issues arose. We had an excellent offer the first week for the listing. She kept us in the loop as the closing progressed and helped to keep everything moving. We are pleased that we could concentrate on our settling into new home without being drawn back to the old one unnecessarily. And she got us an Excellent Price!

Our story in selling my father's house is a long one and we had gone through 3 real estate agents before working with Dee Paris. In our initial talks she said all the right things. We had had similar conversations with the previous agents as well. The question was would the fourth time be different. Our dealings with Dee were much different than the previous agents. The first area was that she did what she said she would do. We had regular conversations about how things were going and we adjusted our strategy as the selling process moved forward. This was the biggest key to getting our property sold - aligning our expectations for our house with the current market. Dee was able to bring more traffic into our home than the previous agents which allowed us to get a better picture of what our buyer might look like. As we continued with more showings and having feedback, Dee focused on appropriate buyers and was able to finally get us in touch with the eventual buyer. When we hit bumps in the process Dee was always there to get us over any issue and keep the process moving. This happened a few times. It was a pleasure to have an agent that was on our side and was diligent in getting the deal done. She ticks all the boxes for a real estate agent and is someone that you will be happy you chose during your selling process and when she sells your property. It was unfortunate that we had to go through 3 previous agents before using Dee, but that allowed us to see how much better she was that all the other agents. Thank you Dee!
